How To Initiate a TAT

1. Scope and draft Work Plan (WP)/Statement of Work (SOW)   RA with support from COTR, IATAC, TAT Manager
2. Forward signed WP /SOW and signed security letter (if applicable) to IATAC   RA
3. Approve WP/SOW (Done in Performance Results Evaluation Management Information System (PREMIS))   COR, then IAC PM
4. Release signed WP/SOW to IATAC   COR
5. TAT Manager prepares cost and tech proposals and submits IATAC Financial Analyst. Analyst coordinates pricing, review, and signature and subsequent submission to the RA, COTR, PM, and PCO.   TAT Manager
6. Send approval letter to COTR with a copy to the IATAC financial analyst   RA
7. Forward the MIPR to the PCO. (The MIPR is prepared by RA.)   RA
8. Submit approval to the PCO through PREMIS   COR
9. Approve and execute the delivery order   PCO
10. Initiate work   TAT Manager and Team

  • ACO—Administrative Contracting Officer
  • PCO—Procuring Contracting Officer from DISA
