Video Requirements and Trouble Shooting

To view any video please make sure that you have the required player. If you do not have either player you can download and install them from the links found below.

If you have trouble viewing any video, please try downloading the file to your computer. To download a video file please follow these steps.

Windows Users (assumes the use of Internet Explorer)

1. Right click on the video link.
2. Select Save Target As....
3. Navigate to a location on your computer where you wish to save the file.
4. Click Save
5. Then double click the file that is now on your machine.

Mac Users (assumes the use of Safari)

1. CTRL+Click on the video link.
2. Select Save Linked File As....
3. Navigate to a location on your computer where you wish to save the file.
4. Click Save
5. Then double click the file that is now on your machine
