Technical Area Task or Core Analysis Task Number and Delivery Order Number
In order for a MIPR to be processed, a technical area task (TAT) or core analysis task (CAT) number must be listed on the MIPR in section7B of the DD Form 448 in the description. Your TAT or CAT number will be the two letter designator for the IAC, the fiscal year that your effort was submitted, a 4-digit serial number assigned by the IAC PMO, and the delivery order (DO) number for your effort (if awarded). For example:
If you are ordering from the HD TAT contract, your performance work statement was submitted in FY15, and your assigned serial number is 9528 then your TAT number would be HT-15-9528/DO number.
If you are ordering from the HDIAC Basic Centers of Operation (BCO) contract, your performance work statement was submitted in FY15, and your assigned serial number is 5475 then your CAT number would be HD-15-5475/DO number.
The DO number will remain blank for new efforts until the effort is awarded. Incremental funding MIPRs must include the DO number. Your IAC point of contact will provide the TAT or CAT number for your effort.
